Who we are

This website is run by Shrinakoda Polymer Solutions LLP (“Shrinakoda”, “we”, “us”), #17, 1st Floor, North Facing B(5), Sattanan Street (Nehru Timber Market), Choolai, Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. We are responsible for the personal data described here.

What we collect

You can browse this website without telling us anything about yourself. We only receive personal data when you choose to send an enquiry. The form asks for:

your name and email address (required);
your company, phone number and city (optional);
the product, size or grade and quantity you are interested in, and your message.

We also record the date and time of the enquiry and the page it was sent from. We do not ask for sensitive information, and we ask you not to include it in your message.

Why we use it

Only to reply to your enquiry, prepare a quote, and follow up with you about that requirement. By sending the form, you consent to this use. We do not sell, rent or share your details for anyone else's marketing, and we do not add you to newsletters.

Who else handles it

Your enquiry is stored and emailed to our team using Cloudflare, the platform this website runs on. Cloudflare processes it on our behalf and only to provide that service. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries only as long as we need them to deal with your requirement and any business that follows, and to meet legal or accounting obligations. After that, we delete them.

Cookies and similar technology

This website does not use advertising, tracking or analytics cookies, so there is no cookie banner. Two small things are worth knowing:

Our enquiry forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to keep out automated spam. It checks that the form is being sent by a person and is not used for advertising.
Your browser remembers, for the current tab only, that you have already seen the loading screen, so it shows only on the first page you open. Nothing is sent to us, and it disappears when you close the tab.
We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies and does not follow you across other websites.

Our typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts, and our contact page shows an embedded Google Map, so your browser connects to Google's servers to load them. Google handles that connection under its own privacy policy.

Your rights

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us to tell you what personal data we hold about you, to correct or update it, or to delete it. You can also withdraw your consent at any time; we will then stop using your details, though this does not affect anything we did before. To do any of this, or to raise a concern, email us at nakodapolygroup@gmail.com. We will respond as soon as we reasonably can.

Keeping it safe

Your enquiry travels over an encrypted connection, and only our team can see stored enquiries, behind a secure login.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle personal data, we will update this page and the date at the top.
