“Sustainable growth comes from trust, transparency, consistent quality and a real commitment to the customer.”
My journey has been shaped by a commitment to building meaningful business relationships, understanding industry needs, and creating lasting value. My previous experience in the pharmaceutical industry has given me valuable insight into the importance of quality, reliability, and precision: principles that continue to guide my approach to business.
With SHRINAKODA POLYMER SOLUTIONS LLP, my vision is to bring the same values to the polymer and flexible packaging industry by delivering dependable solutions in BOPP films, printing and lamination adhesives, and packaging materials.
I believe that true success goes beyond products and transactions. It is built on trust, integrity, consistency, and partnerships that stand the test of time. As we grow, my commitment remains to understand our customers better, embrace new opportunities, and build a business that creates lasting value for everyone we work with.
Thank you for being a part of our journey.

“A new venture. A bigger vision. A journey of our own.”
I learnt business at my father's cement wholesale counter. Prices moved every week, credit often ran on a handshake, and a customer stayed only as long as your word held. I learnt to read people, to weigh a risk properly, and to keep a promise even when it cost something.
Cement gave me a grounding. It did not give me something of my own. I spent a long time looking at where I could build that, and kept coming back to polymers and packaging: an industry almost every other industry depends on, and one where a dependable supplier is still hard to find. Once I was sure, I asked my brother to build it with me, and we started Shrinakoda Polymer Solutions LLP.
Today I look after where the company goes next: the products we take on, the partners we work with, and how fast we grow. I would rather take a measured risk than a careless one, and I would rather grow a little slower than let a customer down.
Shrinakoda is still young. What we are building is meant to last well beyond where it starts, and I intend to see that through.
